City Council Meeting July 13th, 2026

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the Hansen City Council will conduct a public hearing
on Monday, July 13, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Hansen Community Center, 340 Main Street,
Hansen, Idaho. Chad Urie, Petitioner, is requesting approval of a Special Use Permit in
accordance with Section 10-4D (3&4) of the Hansen City Code in the Commercial Central
Business District (CB) Zone. The address of the parcel is 133 Highway 30 West, Hansen, Idaho,
parcel number RPH93310246120A, more particularly described in Exhibit “A” attached hereto.
The request is on file with the City Clerk of the City of Hansen where it may be inspected
during regular business hours. Such file will contain materials relevant to the request, the
contents of which may change prior to the date of the hearing.
All persons desiring to be heard should appear at this hearing. Written testimony may be
sent to the City of Hansen, City Clerk, 388 Main Street South, Hansen, Idaho 83334. Written
testimony must be received no later than July 10 th , 2026. Written testimony received after this
date will not be entered into the record or read at the public hearing.
